Chicago’s Auditorium Theatre…
Celebrated the 50th anniversary of its Grand Re-Opening with a one night only show combining dancers from around the world. The following is a handful of the best performances.
Featuring dancers from Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, American Ballet Theatre, Berlin state Ballet, New York City Ballet, San Francisco Ballet,RUS ART proudly presented Star of the Vienna State Ballet Liudmila Konovalova. Among the famous participants of the Gala were Daniil Simkin (Berlin State Ballet), Maria Kochetkova (San Francisco Ballet), Koto Ishihara (San Francisco Ballet), Daniel Ulbricht and Megan Fairchild (New York City Ballet), Brooklyn Mack (Washington Ballet), David Parsons Dance Company.
“This performance was very impressive. Liudmila Konovalova was standing on point for almost the entire dance. Dressed in all white, she was as graceful and beautiful as a swan gliding on water.
